Yoga Pilates Fusion is a combination of the flexibility and contemplative focus of Hatha Yoga merged with the core strength and balance of Pilates. A beautiful blend that helps relieve stress and fatigue, shapes and tones the whole body, improves flexibility, posture and concentration, aids in digestion and respiratory disorders such as asthma and energise both body and mind. It is also helpful for anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Each class incorporates a series of breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and full body movement. At the end of each class you will feel invigorated, relaxed and stretched from head to toe.

Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures) designed to balance the body both physically and mentally. The postures are also designed to open channels of the body so that your energy can flow freely.

Yoga is over 10,000 years old and is a journey toward creating balance in both our mind and our physical body.

Pranayama is the extension and control of breath. Practicing proper techniques of breathing can help bring more oxygen to the blood and brain, eventually helping to enhance the vital life energy.
